If you are a Windows 7 user, then you have probably noticed that the logon screen image changes as you change your Windows theme. This is a very useful thing, but unfortunately, it's a bit limited, as you cannot use your own desired image for the logon screen. Fortunately, there are applications which can help you in this matter. One of them is Logon Screen Rotator.
This intuitively named Windows application allows you to easily change the logon screen of your Windows 7 operating system. After installing and launching it, the user will be able to see the current logon screen image in the program's interface and will be able to either change it randomly, using several image folders as source or just change it to a specific photo. By default, the Windows image folder is added to the program's interface but the user can basically add any desired photo folder.
After changing the logon screen image, one will be able to preview it using the Lock feature, presented in the interface, which can automatically simulate a lock of the computer and present the Windows logon screen. In this way, the user will make sure that the image is changed.

It allows you to change the logon screen image to a specific one or to a random image. Besides that, the change interval for an image can be modified with ease. What's more, the image can be displayed in several ways, either stretched or centered. Furthermore, several image folders can be added to the program's interface. Moreover, it includes a test feature, which automatically locks the computer and presents the changed logon screen.
Cons
It only supports Windows 7. Using Logon Screen Rotator, you will be able to easily change your Windows 7 logon screen using any desired image.
